Our Terms:

We charge you our monthly fee (4 weeks instead of 4.3 weeks per month) if you start the lease on the first day of the month and end it on the last day of a month. We request that you prepay the apartment for your full stay upfront if your stay will be 2 months or less. Shorter stays (less than 4 weeks) are priced higher if we agree to them.

All utilities (heat, electrical, water) are included.

Check-out time no later than 12:01 PM of the last day of your stay.

Check-in time after 3 PM on the first day of your stay. Latest check-in time: 7PM.

If there will be two occupants (our maximum per room), we charge $30 extra, per week.

We require a one week deposit at the time of reservation. The deposit will be returned to you once you return the keys to us and the apartment is in substantially the same condition as when you first moved in.

A check for the rent period of 4 weeks to 8 weeks must be received 21 days prior to your move in date. We reserve the right to cancel your reservation without a refund if we do not receive this rent on time.

Minimum Stay: 4 week minimum stay.

Cleaning fee: One time cleaning fee of $75.00. This amount is paid at the time you send first 4-8 week rent.

To reserve your apartment:

It is VERY IMPORTANT that you tell us your ARRIVAL and DEPARTURE dates when you call or email us.

Please complete the following form , sign it and fax it at 617 266 1447 or email it as a scanned attachment in jpg, gif, tiff, or pdf format.

At the time you send your reservation, you should write a check or money order payable to the order of CAJ TRUST for one week worth rent in US currency. Please mail this amount to CAJ TRUST - 526 Columbus Avenue - Boston - MA 02118 - USA. This US deposit amount will be in addition to your weekly rental it is a RESERVATION/KEY deposit fee and when you decide to take the apartment and sign our rental agreement, it becomes a refundable key deposit. We refund this amount when you return the keys to us upon departure. The unit is reserved ONLY once we receive this deposit. To ensure your apartment for your dates, we recommend you wire it (we will send email instructions if you choose this method of payment) or you can send it by UPS or FedEx with next day delivery.

If using an International wire transfers please add an additional US $ 13.00 bank processing fee to the amount. International checks require an additional US $ 6.00.

We refund the entire deposit if we receive your cancellation in writing, 3 weeks in advance.
