Reservation deposit is refundable up to 3 weeks prior to your move in date. After such date it is no longer refundable. Once we accept your reservation, we ask you to sign a short term apartment lease, and to deposit an amount that will bring your total deposit to 4-8 weeks rental (in addition to reservation deposit). We convert your reservation deposit into a refundable-upon-departure, KEY deposit unless you extend your stay (see below). We must receive the lease and current funds payments two weeks prior to move in date. If 2 occupants, please add $30 extra x week to rent. Subject to availability we will attempt to accommodate extension requests during your stay. Such request should be presented to us in writing 3 weeks prior to the end of your original stay. If we accept your reservation and you cancel after this time, your original reservation deposit will not be refunded. |
